Description |
WebEnvision is designed primarily to provide remote incident reporting. WebEnvision is a custom-built connection to the RiskEnvision database whose interface is a web browser.
It is run on a server that attaches to the RiskEnvision database and software. (The RiskEnvision software allows complete claim management of any incidents that are submitted, and provides access to all of RiskEnvision’s standard risk management features.) Any authorized WebEnvision user can access WebEnvision via your companys intranet or the internet (you decide what access to provide). That means that WebEnvision can be accessed, for example, from any supervisor’s station computer and the incident reported online.
For standardization and ease of use, the WebEnvision template can be attached to the RiskEnvision employee database (to automatically pull employee information) or auto fleet database (to automatically pull auto information) so that the person filing the report needs only to enter a social security number or license plate number, for example, and doesnt have to manually enter all of the other data. It also uses the codes and locations that youve entered into RiskEnvision so that the person filing the report is required to use standardized codes and location names--this ensures accurate report generation from RiskEnvision.
Once an incident report is completed, it can be immediately delivered to the RiskEnvision system and would then be available for viewing through RiskEnvision. Or, it can be temporarily stored for supervisory or risk management review and then submitted to RiskEnvision. Review can also be done via WebEnvision, from any computer with access to the intra/internet, as appropriate. In either case, once it is submitted to RiskEnvision, it is immediately available for review/action and inclusion in reports generated via RiskEnvision. Notification of incidents that have been submitted are handled through your regular email program.
WebEnvision templates are custom built to your specifications. Below, you’ll find two samples, one built for reporting auto incidents, the other for Workers Compensation incidents. (Incident reports can be built for all lines of coverage used in RiskEnvision-Auto, Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Product, and Professional Liability.) The templates can also be built with multiple branches based on logic identified by you and your workflows (for example, depending on the specific cause of injury selected in a Workers Compensation incident report, various second templates might open up asking for different types of information). Because each form is custom-designed and built, WebEnvision can be tailored to any workflow/business need. |
