Description |
The Core system includes all of the features required to enter, endorse, cancel, reinstate, and renew policies via a standard web browser.
Your users and your agents will have nothing to install or maintain and when you have rate changes you can schedule when they are Live and everyone within your company and your agents will see the new rates at the exact same time!
The system generates all of the required policy paperwork (Dec-pages, bills, endorsements, cancellations, notices etc.).
It also automatically document images EVERY document produced and attaches the images to the policy with descriptions and dates.
Your claims and underwriting personnel should never have to go to a paper file again!
The accounting screens automatically calculate and display endorsement, cancellation, or reinstatement premiums, and adjust billing and agent commissions based on the new pro-rated premium.
In addition - the system supports out of sequence endorsements, agency commission calculation, workflow, billing, extensive reporting with the ability to export to several data formats (PDF, XML, CSV, Microsoft Excel), and the option to easily add full claims processing to any line of business. |
