PolicyAccess is AscendantOnes comprehensive, real-time contract-administration and service component, optionally powered by the ISO-validated rating content of ISO Rating Service. From pre-sale through the entire policy life cycle, PolicyAccess encompasses all key transactions such as issuance, cancellations/reinstatements, endorsements (including automated out-of-sequence endorsements), automated renewals and audits.
As with all of the AscendantOne Policy Management Suite’s integrated components, PolicyAccess employs secure XML-driven web services and tool-based architecture to support your collaborative sales, service and account-management priorities. To maximize lifetime account value, PolicyAccess features account-centric decision support capabilities.
Scalable, integrated solution
PolicyAccess is tightly integrated with ISO Rating Service, the automated rating and underwriting solution from ISO. The system is also integrated with our web-based QuoteAccess user interface, allowing validated quote information to be transferred into policy workflows without re-keying. PolicyAccess supports best-of-breed print/issuance solutions, delivering a complete sales and service solution.
The PolicyAccess system leverages the advanced, tool-based product development environment of our DesignerAccess component. Designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, PolicyAccess enables insured self-service while connecting with your back office applications via XML. The system incorporates a metadata structure for efficient implementation of any line, in any state or regulatory bureau.
Service workflow security is comprehensive and available at the line of business level. The SecurityAccess module of the AscendantOne Policy Management Suite lets you control all user, role and data level privileges. |
