Submissions
A fully customizable application process that offers you the features to track suspense items, save applications as drafts, and perform customer account clearance.
Quoting
The fully automated quoting process allows you to easily and quickly produce quotes using our built in rating engine. All quotes and associated forms are produced in PDF* format for e-mailing, printing or loading into an imaging
solution. For those one-off specialty policies you can manually rate the quote and produce it through the system.
Policy Production
Policies are produced with all endorsement and exclusion forms in a matter of seconds. You check off the forms that apply and the system generates the policy and all forms, automatically populating them, as a single PDF* document that
you can e-mail, print or load into an imaging solution.
Endorsements
The endorsement processing workflow gives you the ability to handle premium and non-premium endorsements efficiently. The INSolve E-ssurance Suite automatically handles prorating premium and generating the endorsement forms, even if you manually rated the policy.
Because of our work with data warehousing we recognize the value of historical data and have made the INSolve E-ssurance Suite a truly transactional system. All information is saved and never overwritten or deleted, giving you the ability to see what your policy looked like at any moment in time, from its inception through its entire lifecycle. |
