Description |
FormsPlus now holds all of the rating, policy and statistical data for various reporting options and/or different bureau statistical reporting requirements.
FormsPlus Enterprise is a Microsoft-based policy issuance/administration system that affords the user:
Complete submission tracking/verification
Quote issuance with AscendantOne, DuckCreek, Rackley Rating or NetRate integration
Policy issuance for all personal/commercial lines of business in all 50 states
LAN installations or Web-based Processing for multiple locations
Microsoft SQL -Server database for accurate Statistical Reporting
The Product.
Performance and reliability become an even greater factor as todays transactional processing systems grow in size and number of users. The SQL platform has been designed to meet the requirements of client/server computing, which allows insurance organizations to improve decision-making and streamline business processes. The SQL platform also offers a comprehensive foundation for deploying mission-critical database information while servicing a virtually limitless number of users.
The Process.
Users will enter their initial submission into FormsPlus from QualCorp, Inc via the Internet or LAN. Upon submission clearance and acceptance by the underwriters, the integration between QualCorp, Inc.’s various Certified Rating Partners (CRP’s); will automatically open up the Rating software and populate it with the submission information entered into FormsPlus. After the underwriter has finished rating the risk, they simply close the CRP’s software and all of the rating information flows into QualCorp, Inc.’s FormsPlus policy issuance system to generate the quote and automatically e-mail it to the Agent for the insured’s approval.
From there the underwriter can convert the quote to a policy without any duplicate data entry. Policy administration including, endorsements, cancellations, renewals and re-instatements will again be done through the intuitive integration created by QualCorp, Inc. for our CRP’s.

At one time, insurance industry professionals hired personnel who typed repetitive text over and over; only to create error after error, the only editability being to retype the text yet again.
