WebWriter Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) Unlike other off-the-shelf enterprise integration tools, the WebWriter Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) was designed and developed by insurance experts specifically to meet the unique needs of the insurance industry.
ISI’s team of experienced developers holds an extensive base of insurance knowledge, specifically with enterprise integration of disparate systems using XML and other services – allowing for a better understanding of client’s needs, resulting in faster deployment.
WebWriter EIP extends the reach of any existing disparate insurer legacy systems, and provides connectivity to JDBC, ODBC, XML, or custom data sources; (Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Postgres, Informix, Dbase, Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Sybase, Paradox, etc).
The WebWriter EIP is built using the proprietary WebWriter Platform architecture – a web services environment with single source code completely compatible to both Java J2EE and .NET platforms (including non-compiling deployment to either or both environments).
WebWriter EIP offers true enterprise integration, including the ability to very quickly prepare simple or complex web views of combined data originating from various internal systems including legacy, non-normalized databases.
The platform also conducts full cross-database roll back in the case of errors when updating multiple databases simultaneously. |
