| iVOS
Description |
The iVOS system is browser based allowing claims personnel ease of access through the Internet. iVOS is Java-based (J2EE compliant) requiring no middle-ware (e.g. Citrix), no software distribution to individual computers, and allows management of upgrades at the server level. The system is available as a client hosted or ASP solution.
iVOS has been designed for multiple lines of insurance including: workers compensation, general liability, property, auto, professional liability, disability and more. The base system includes diary, notepad, payment processing, reserves, litigation, medical management, correspondence, reporting, work status, and vendor tracking.
In addition to the base features, iVOS supports EDI (IAIABC) for State Reporting Requirements, document imaging, and forms and letter generation for all jurisdictions as well as client defined. The system interfaces with PERI Data Exchange, ISO ClaimSearch (Index Bureau), Employee and Accounts Payable systems. The system is highly configurable and can be customized to meet any organizations needs.
